Welcome to Cat vs Cucumber, a mobile game and service operated by View Passion Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your download, access, and/or use of Cat vs Cucumber, including any content, updates, features, in-app purchases, or community services provided via mobile, websites, or any other platforms (“Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before accessing or using our Services. You agree to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Your Account

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to their billing and refund policies. Prices shown may include applicable taxes and platform fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Once Virtual Content is delivered, you waive any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase, except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use & Player Conduct
You must not, under any circumstances: Use unauthorized software, automation tools (bots), hacks, or exploits Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or impersonation Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Services Sell, rent, or trade accounts or in-game assets Spam or interfere with other users’ experience Use the game for promotional, commercial, or advertising purposes without our consent Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans, account resets, or legal action.
6. User Content & Community Features
You are responsible for any messages, usernames, or content you post or share. We may moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the community. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted right to use them without compensation.
7. Data Privacy
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to our use of tracking technologies (e.g., cookies, SDKs) as described in the Cookie Policy. We encourage you to review both policies to understand your rights and options.
8. Availability & Updates

To the fullest extent permitted by law: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind We are not liable for any loss of progress, data, gameplay, purchases, or virtual content Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the preceding 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless local laws in your country require different protections. Disputes may be resolved in Thai courts or as required by law.
